I loved this one! I agree that it is not a beginners practice, but I did a search for "intermediate," and Desi's practice came up. So far this is one of my top 3 favorites for someone that is slowly moving out of beginner and into intermediate. Relaxing breathing technique in the beginning and a great workout at the end.

I have just tried this practice again. I do many level 2 practices here, and this one still seems way too advanced. Full open boat pose, extending it halfway down to the floor, and then halfway down again? Come on, MYO, you know better than that! How can that be classed as 'non-intimidating'? Just the thought of novices trying that scares me half to death!

Why does she keep getting her rights and lefts mixed up in both videos? Downright confusing when I sneak a peak at the screen and find myself working on the complete opposite side. I agree with the ego comment and with the fact that this is definitely level 3, as it has chatarunga without any real modification.
