This is the best class that I have taken from Michelle. It is pure yoga. Nothing fancy. I enjoyed this a lot! Thank you!

The best yoga practice. No matter what point I am at in my life, this practice really does create bliss. I think that it is because of her focus on breathing into the body, because of the rest which she gives throughout, and because of the deep release lions breaths. It's all about letting go and breathing. I love when instructors remember to focus on the mental aspect.
