Worked last night and off at 0700 this a.m. This is the greatest practice for relaxation just before I go to bed for the day. Anxious to sleep and wake up at 4pm so I can get a short practice in for energy to start my shift! Great!

A very soothing practice, Mara has a lovely calm voice and the music helped to bring me into the practice. If you're a beginner, I would advise watching the video first, because her instructions are a bit implied or vague if you're not used to the poses. Overall, a great video.
