after an hour run, i turned to the site for a stretch/relaxer of the tightness...it takes A LOT for me to sit through shivasana and meditation, but am blessed that in the somewhat mentally restless cycle of self and fear i am in, i stayed to hear your message, about trusting outcomes, and detachement in uncertaintly. our worlds become so complex that we need to let go, surrender, and as you so stated, stop feeling the need to defend ourselves.
