I usually love Shiva's classes; however this one was strange all around. The video cut off suddenly mid-way through and I had to restart it and figure out where I left off. The shadows made it really difficult to follow along and the Om chanting was way off. Also, after meditation she ended the practice with an energizing warm-up. I say skip this class and choose one of her other classes. Those will not disappoint.

I didn't enjoy this very much at all, I agree with other comments on the shadows so I couldn't follow a couple of poses as I could not see her. The music and setting were beautiful as was Shiva''s voice. However the seated posed were too much strain on the knee caps, I felt that anyone with a fab body like Shiva's could have been used as a model for that was clearly only a nice video because of music and scenery. Wont be coming back to this one sorry! :-(

Most of the time she is in shadow, which makes it difficult to see details - like hands & feet. I won't come back to this.

Good for a positive morning wake up. Starts slow and medatitive and ends with a burst of energy.

I enjoyed the individual components of this class, but I felt that they were awkwardly matched. I never really got warm or in a groove... I would've liked to see these different parts expanded as individual segments.

I am not real fond of this one. It was hard for me to see what she was doing and a little advanced for me I think. I don't think I'll do this one again.

This one was interesting. Shiva Rea's voice is soothing, but the shadows and visual effects made the practice hard to follow. I would be interested in seeing more of her practices.

beautiful location and the poses were easy enough for a non-beginner to follow. it's a totally different style and look and I really enjoyed the visuals and the music. Two thoughts:
one) the final section is very abrupt and energizing. I'm used to ending my routines with a meditation so this was a bit jarring. No "namaste", no final mountain pose or half lotus, just done.
two) the sections where the student is supposed to say "om" as dictated by the instructor, it might help if the voice over said it.
