Nico - I've heard the story about the monkeys before - but I really love your version. This class left me feeling wrung out and so relaxed. I was able to get deeper into hanumanasana then I've ever done. Also - I've not seen anything quite like your sequencing - i.e. vashistasana with leg extended into full splits. Loved it!! This will be one of my favorites. Thank you.

One word describes this class.....WOW!!! So good!! I love his playful approach and his instructions was so clear and concise that I was able to do poses that was completely new to me!!! I look forward to doing more of your classes!!!!

As others have said the instructions given in each pose are some of the best. I felt my body relaxing and getting deeper in the poses then I've ever felt. Love it! Added to favourites :)
