Mantras: just go to youtube and enter Snatam Kaur. There is a "mix" with all of her songs which are beautiful collaborations of these sacred and nourishing mantras. From this practice (if I can remember) there was: Ong Namo, Hari Har, Sa Ta Na Ma & Aad Guray Namay (here is the youtube link http://youtu.be/ZQ6SdC5m70E). I have fallen in love with all of her music. Very peaceful and healing. Hope this helps

This was AWESOME! Thank you Gloria. All of your classes are energizing and nourishing at once, but this one is on a level all it's own. Absolutely loved all of the beautiful mantras today. It brings so much more to the practice - completes it and takes us to the full capacity of what Kundalini has to share. Big sigh! Lots of love & light. Sat Nam!

what a strange (and wonderful) experience I had during this practice- I've had some business with a person nagging me in the back of my mind, I've been frustrated and unsure about how I should best deal with it. During the intense part of the practice, I had these overtly agressive ideas popping up.. But when I layed down to savasana the solution that I can live with and that is "me" just instantly came to me. I know the practice was supposed to be about emptying the mind, but it served me well nevertheless! Thank you!

@katydori The mantra is Aad Gurey Nameh, Jugad Gurey Nameh, Sat Gurey Nameh, Siri Guru Devi Nameh.
It is sung by Snatam Kaur from her album 'Prem' You can download from www.spiritvoyage,com. You can also look up the mantra on the spirit voyage web site.

I enjoyed the practice.... a lot of energy and strength building. However, I would like to know the translations of the mantras. Seeking better understanding and connection. Thanks for your energy!

Very cool. I found that saying sa ta na ma helped get through the exercises and clear my mind. I wish I was in that class. Beautiful.

Hi rosemerritt: the mantra sa ta na ma is used to represent the passing of all things. SA = infinity/the beginning, TA = life, NA = death, MA = re-birth. It's often used to help us embrace and accept change. Cheers and namaste

I was going to attend a class at a yoga studio nearby, but then decide to simply stay home and try out this Kundalini class (there are no regular Kundalini class in Halifax). So, I opened up MyYogaOnline and found this. I am so glad I did. I really needed to Empty My Mind and there is was! I released SO much emotion through this class. Thank you!!! Namaste.
