Wonderful! My first Kundalini (was hesitant to try it) and what a great feeling. Perfect cuing - just when I felt I couldn't do any more there you were with words of encouragement. Muscles felt so good that by the time I was lying for final relaxation - I felt like I was part of the floor.

Wonderful day breaker! I feel re-energized and as if I've simultaneously received my daily dose of "meditation" from this. Really enjoy how this practice lets you go inward, almost peacefully zoning out, while your body moves like a soft machine. Thank you Lindsey, I feel so open and happy after this set!
