Thank you for this nourishing class. I over did yoga about 1 month ago and now have trouble with my right hip/thigh area and I've been babying it, coaxing it into breathing again. As tight as it still is, I did your class only to see the lack of breath in that area while at the same time, you had JUST the RIGHT AMOUNT of give and take with Yin yoga and JSJitsu.
