Hi Cameron, I've been following your classes for about 6 months and still discover wisdom in you words. Have you thought about leading a yoga retreat? If so I'd be very interested. I'm in northern CA so not to far away from Vancouver. Thanks for contributing your classes, I love them all! Jane

One thing Cameron says in this video, which really resonates in me, is the importance of curiosity. I have tried Cameron's advice to approach each situation with curiosity and receptivity. It makes a huge difference in all aspects of life. Most recently I decided to mention this to our leadership team at work. We were discussing different ways managers respond to stressful situations, and how that energy filters down to the team as a whole. There are some who raise an alarm and judgment calls the moment an unexpected situation arises, giving the entire team an adrenalin rush (fear and trepidation), while others may approach the exact same situation with an attitude of curiosity and receptivity. The second group, those who respond with curiosity, are much more capable of quickly assessing the situation without creating fear among the team members. Without fear, everyone can work together in a positive atmosphere, and find a good solution. I learned, over the years, to remain calm under pressure, but Cameron put the "secret" so clearly in his discourse, that we can all grasp the idea. I will certainly attempt to share this concept with my colleagues at work, so that we can more easily and harmoniously work together. Thanks, Cameron! You're one of my favourite instructors on MYO, along with Bernie, whom I am sure you know.
