Nice, quick practice to get your heart rate up. There were times where it felt rushed and the audio definitely has issues toward the end. Otherwise, I enjoyed it!

I loved all of the practice poses and the flow. I also like your presentation. I would have liked to hold some of the poses longer and have more time to really breath into them. Can barely hear this one so it is hard to stay focused and in flow due to constantly looking up to see what I couldn't hear.
