Ok class. Some really good parts but thet instructors do love to chat through the entire class and the om at the end goes on forever I had to turn it off and finish by myself.

I was apprehensive at first about taking on a 2 hour practice at home without the support of a community around me. However, this practice was truly enchanting and I felt completely embraced and supported in yogic bliss. Beautiful flow and teeming with wisdom. Phenomenal!
