This yoga class with Kreg Weiss begins with a challenging, repeating sequence of upper and lower body yoga poses that develop significant warmth and strength. This warmth is taken into a core series that generates flexibility while conditioning body awareness. This practice is a complimentary alternative to traditional Power/Vinyasa style yoga flows.

Great class, good to work on core and arm strength. I love the classes by Kreg Weiss; they feel so harmonizing. The right pace in breathing and movements, balancing, etc. Thank you!

Thanks, I usually seek out Kreg's classes, and enjoyed this one, although I couldn't do some of the poses, but will work on them, it won't take too long. His voice, his vibe.. so warm.

This class felt at the high end of intermediate/bordering on advanced. I have a long way to go until I can master the most advanced version of most of the poses with integrity.

Beautiful class and warming energy generated... great to feel something to work stronger towards (plank push ups)! I love how Kreg's classes are so full and deep that each time I repeat them I continue to absorb more- a real gift for a teacher! Thank you always Kreg!

hi karmalarm, thanks for your comment - please note that this yoga class is designed for moderate to intermediate participants - the level of strength required to performed this flow is quite substantial - i recommend that you consider practicing with lower level flows to develop your foundation - once your foundation is more in place, you will likely find the pace and level of this practice less 'challenging' ... namaste, kreg myyogaonline

i have the strength to do these poses. my problem is that i'm still a novice yogi and by the time i'm settling into the pose he's already moved on to the next one... too fast for me...
