Although the poses are core strengthening, I was looking more for a core workout, which I did not get. I did like the lift. Really monotone, not sure if I could do more than 20 mins.

Good strong practice, not one if you have weak wrists. One complex pose for which no alternative is given which would have been helpful.

This is just the more or less the same as her longer session. I wouldnt call this focus on abdominal strength either... so monotone.

My 5-year old wants to know how Nicki got up there... whether or not she used a ladder. And is also concerned about what will happen if she falls. :)

Thank you. I was between mindsets (one was yelling at me to do an hour of yoga while the other eyed up the plush chair and book). This twenty-minute segment was a perfect compromise leaving both personalities contented.

I really enjoy your articulation, poses that seemed imbalanced b4 now have grounding. Your chattranga directions made me have better form, loved this as I don't have much upper body strength ..yet.
Also, I did what I could for the 'leg over arm' pose n it is a great way to modify for later accomplishment!!
