First kundalini and I really enjoyed - but started to feel nauseous during the rotations that got worse as the class progressed so by the end I felt quite nauseous - this happen to anyone else??

Gloria, I enjoyed the class but I am irritated by slight cracking noises from my neck-vertebrae when we do the rotations . Should this be a concern to me? Also when we do the rotations with the forward arms my airtube feels tight. I appreciate your thoughts. Laura
