I usually really like Kristin's classes; however Bethenny talked the entire time.... negative, inappropriate, distracting comments. I would skip this and do one of Kristin's other classes on this site.

Yeah, I know in real life, Bethenny probably does half-headstand and has finally gotten close to holding her own in double-pigeon. And she's even started thumbing through the Gita. So, for her public, I really, really expected something much farther dumbed-down than what was presented here. But I look for mild, accessible practices without those yoga-studio-precious things--myy personal practice does not include them. So despite her TV-presenter's personality/sensibilities, I was pleasantly surprised.

Although I enjoyed the workout with Bethenny and Kristin, Bethenny made many negative comments during the practice. For me, Yoga is about positive thinking, connecting with the universe. Time to meditate!!

At first I thought great Bethenney has found another way to make money... but I liked it! Bethenney says the things I am saying in my head in all my yoga classes.. like the poses that we 'hate' to the 'big shots' doing the extra pushup -I strive to be a big shot one day. Bottom line, if she attracts more people to yoga - that's a really really good thing.

I love Kristin's workout - a little annoying I agree Bethany is, but I would like to see more of Kristin

I like this routine a lot - it was challenging and fun. I'm not always in the mood for zen moments - sometimes I just want to get down to business and get my workout done - this routine is perfect for those times.

The funny thing is, if this routine were from a different instructor, those who don't like it probably would be fine with it (and possibly sing its praises). The great thing about myyogaonline is it has something for everyone and for what you feel like on any given day. I'm not particularly into practices that involve singing and chanting (I find them distracting), but I wouldn't want to suggest getting rid of them or that they're horrible because to each his or her own. I like this routine; it makes yoga a little fun and accessible. Yoga doesn't have to be (and I don't think it was ever meant to be) elitist or judgmental (I thought it was the opposite). It's an individual's journey to follow what internally feels right. I hope myyogaonline continues to present many options and not have to apologize for it. Thanks MYO.

I am a big fan of both I love quite yoga and sometimes I feel like I want to lighten the mood this did it for me. If people just take it for what it is. It is actually a very nice practice I felt rejuvinated and my arms and legs felt very good afterwards.

Hey All. Thanks for all the comments on this video post. It sure is controversial. Some people like, many don't. Everyone has their opinion, which we appreciate. It was a test more than anything else and we hear you. Keep on telling us what you think and what you want more of just as much as what you don't want more of. Jason. MYO.

Sorry MYO - you get a big FAIL for this one! But everything else I have seen on the site has been wonderful, so I guess one fail isn't too bad ; - )

I am a fan of Bethenny and was amused to see this.. though I probably won't choose this video for my yoga journey I don't have a problem with MYO offering more variety.. I think this is probably geared more toward people who are wanting more physical benefits from yoga and don't mind some humor and chatter in there. Nothing wrong with that.

I liked the workout and while sometimes there is a bit of chatter and it is not the most spiritual journey I kind of liked the different approach. It is nice to mix it up and make somedays more fun than so serious. I also found some of the commentary good reminders (ie knee and thigh engagement during downward dog is often not mentioned as well as alignment for hips and shoulders) and I found it nice to hear someone else's arms are hurting when mine are too! :) besides isn't no ego also = no judging??
