In this Rod Stryker class from Wanderlust Colorado, learn the keys to bandha theory and practice in asana, pranayama and beyond. Our emphasis is on taking your practice, wherever it currently is, to the next level. Bandha is the doorway into the energetics of practice. Perfection of bandha increases healing capacity, builds creative power, awakens self-knowledge, and speeds up the process of transformation. Asana, pranayama, and discussion.

burning question...
When doing the exhale for uddiyana bandha... do you simply exhale completely with or without the extra sucking in of the solar plexis ( as if inhaling but not taking in air) to get that great hollowed out area under the ribs?
Love the practice and most curious about the exhale as I have always been taught the extra pulling in and up under the rib area.

Wow. Deeper learning - brings together and sheds light on many years of study. Took things to a new level.
Agreed - a teacher's teacher. Thank-you Rod!

This country has been flooded with many yoga instructors. Teachers are a bit more rare. Thank you, thank you, thank you for a video from a teacher of teachers. Rod is deeply steeped in this beautiful practice and all it's gifts it has to offer. Yippie!
