I find the instruction very helpful. After years of practicing Yoga, Pilates and other methods and being told to flatten my lower back, your advice to honor the natural curve in my lower back makes so much more sense.

I agree, a great class. As a classically trained dancer i was never encouraged to "curve" my back that way and i think i have built up a lot of scar tissue. it felt really good, thanks :)

wow, amazing class, never had my back and hips feel so open. Thank you! I am very tight so it hurts the whole way through, but the results are fantastic and worth the temporary discomfort!

Very helpful. I feel results right away, at least for this morning. Can Ashleigh do one on shoulders and neck too please? Also, wouldn't it be cool if this came with a link to a pdf that bulleted the points she made about alignment. Might be nice to have on hand throughout the day and when doing other yoga videos.

Very explanatory about movements and helpful stretching but not a workout. The stretch on the knee hurt my knee no matter how I positioned it - felt awkward.
