The InnerYoga approach brings together many wisdom schools I've studied over the last 20 plus years that utilize techniques to work skillfully with the subtle body. Aspects of this meditation were taught to me at a wonderful program in Sausaiito, Ca, in the mid-90's. I am not sure of their source. Personally, I don't have any exposure to Lewis Bostwick or his teachings. I hope you find it calming and rejuvenating...and that it supports your well-being.
