Theraband Pilates with Anita Seiz - Adding a Theraband to your Pilates Practice for increased strengthening. Therabands add resistance and support to the Pilates repertoire. Elastic resistance is great for toning concentrically and eccentrically through specific ranges of motion, adding an extra challenge. As well, range of motion can be developed through the pliable support that the band offers.

Note - Avoid this class if you have neck or shoulder injuries, low back injuries, or osteoporosis.
