I did this practice with my three daughters, from 20 months to 5 years. You should have seen them after the practice, how they were relaxed and energised at the same time! I've searched practices for child and didn't find any before trying this "regular practice". I realise that it makes the same for them. The simple joy of moving... and maybe seeing their mother moving too ; ) Thank you!
