this is a great workout, though challenging, felt great afterwards, the only suggestions would be to have an ease off option for beginners as this may send some people running. love it

After having my baby by C-section I started this video and have seen results only after 3 complete workouts! I feel so great afterwards. My lower abdominals were almost non-existant at the start so I could barely do some of the more core concentrated excercises but now after 10 or so (in one month) classes I can do most of the more challenging ones! Meditation afterward is a great bonus!

Wow, definitely the most challenging workout I have encountered here on MYO. There were points where I was laughing at them, saying "you have GOT to be joking!!!" But alas, they were not joking... they are some seriously fit human beings! I love the challenge and I really like how they offer a basic option for almost every sequence. I also really enjoyed the encouragement and feeling of satisfaction I had afterward. Surprisingly, I was not sore at all the next day. I think this is a magical little sequence of exercises. I'm going to do it once a week in addition to yoga and pilates and see how it effects my results. Oh, and I would DEFINITELY categorize this as an advanced video... Thanks yet again, MYO, for continuing to offer such innovative, challenging and engaging videos.

Finally, a workout to rival what you'd get in a gym class!

Wow, this is a great workout. Very motivational dialogue. I may have to regress to level 1 but I look forward to challenging myself with this one later.

This is a great workout, I love it. I especially love their encouraging words ("congratulations, you've just reshaped your gluteals" etc), I feel like their sincere and it's nice to be reminded that reshaping is happening, even if you can't see it yet. Very motivating!

Fantastic all-over workout. The warmups prior to each workout is great, unlike the forced stretch when your muscles are still 'cold and stiff', these 1 minute warmups get your muscles all set for the workout. Core work is fantastic , innovative, challenging and deep!
