Awesome workout. Love how it is divided up- this makes it fun and interesting. I am a beginner and have very weak core muscles but I was able to follow through with the workout at my own pace. I will continue with this one 3 times a week!! Thank you for an excellent workout and stretch :)

This is one of the best full-body workouts that I have done on MYO! Not for beginners! I can feel my muscles reacting already and expect not to be able to move from muscle soreness tomorrow! Love that you can break it up into one of the 5 sequences if you don't have time for a full hour class. You need a strap or towel and the third sequence requires you to be up against a wall with your mat.

Not a beginner practice. Goes a little too fast for first timers. I suppose it's a good workout for those who are experienced. I'll keep practicing-got frustrated and couldn't finish it the first time but I SURE felt the effects!! I think it probably works to keep fit and loose weight.

I just love this workout. The first time I did it , I gave it my all and couldn't finish it so I thought it was too advanced for me. The second time I was more relaxed and I did it at my own pace and still it was incredibly challenging and fun. I am doing it three times a week and every day I am seeing improvements in my flexibility and strenght , yay!

good for when I feel like doing a more traditional workout, wiithout losing the yogic connection. especially good is the 3rd part, seated lower core exercises! a lot to work on!

This was a perfect video for a Friday morning! I wanted something different from a traditional flow that would rev me up for a warm early spring weekend ahead. I've done Core Power yoga in Chicago and Oregon, and this reminded me of all the classes I took there, minus the 95ºF heat! I'm coming back from a month-long break after a running injury, and while this workout was very difficult today, I know it's one of those kinds that truly gets easier and strengthens me over time. Patience is the key! Elisabeth and Fred's narration also helped me focus on holding my poses, distracted me from the initially painful heat, and encouraged me to incorporate this into a regular part of my routine.
