Thank you Sir... I just did this meditation at work to try to mitigate some anxiety I have been feeling today, and it was the best thing that I could've done for myself! This just proves... that we don't have to helplessly submit to anxiety when it appears; we can actually take control with mindfulness meditation... What I got from this session, no medical doctor could prescribe. Thank you again... Namaste!
