Sample Menus

Examples of food choices and combinations throughout the day to provide optimum health and vitality. Use organic ingredients whenever possible.

Sample Menu 1

Breakfast
1 glass filtered water
fresh raw fruit

1 hour later
Granola (with yoghurt or soy/rice milk)
[Optional: warm beverage (herb tea or grain coffee)]

Lunch
Roasted Red Pepper Soup
Quinoa Tabouli
[Optional: Oatmeal Date Muffin]

Snack
Halvah Balls

Dinner
Coconut Cashew Satay with Rice or Rice Noodles
[Optional: Lemon Poppy Seed Loaf]

Sample Menu 2
Breakfast
1 glass filtered water
fresh raw fruit

1 hour later
Spelt Pancakes with fresh fruit, nut butter, and/or natural, whole sugars
[Optional: warm beverage (herb tea or grain coffee)]

Lunch
Black Bean Soup
Lemon Parsley Rice
[Optional: Almond Cookie]

Snack
Hummous with homemade pita chips

Dinner
Salad with homemade dressing
Spicy Soba Noodles
[Optional: Vegan Chocolate Cake]
