Get glam and glowing with this beautifying appetizer. Super rich in vitamin E and healthy fats, avocados are great for moisturizing your skin from the inside out.
3 ripe avocados
1 tbsp chipotle peppers, finely diced
½ Spanish onion, finely diced
1 clove garlic, finely diced
⅓ cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
Juice of ½ lemon
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp ground cumin
½ tsp ground coriander
¼ tsp chilli powder
Cayenne pepper (optional)
¼ tsp sea salt
Remove flesh of avocado and add to a bowl. Mash coarsely with a fork. Mix in all remaining ingredients. Garnish with cayenne pepper and sea salt to taste.
