Hi, I'm 27 years old and most of the time I've low energy, my eyes are always feeling tired, my head feels tired. I've a vegetarian diet my whole live (but eat cheese,eggs, lots of almonds and lately goij berries as well), I've got a healthy diet, only drink water or herbal thee, try to stay away from 'normal' (dutch) bread because it contains lots of sugar but I eat rye bread or sourdough bread. I do yoga every morning and try to do it after work as well. I meditate and watch my breath, I'm not stressed, only tired.
I just did kablabati breathing and now I want to sleep. I'm trying a lot to get more energy, but nothing helps, It doesn't change... what am I doing wrong? I have to say, my energy is not that low that I can't do anything, I work 32h a week, that's no problem, it's just the fuzziness I have in my head, the tired eyes and sometimes just want to sleep even though it's like 19.00h. I hope you can help...
