February of 2010 I started to lose weight..... I'm a lot smaller today after losing 90+ pounds. I still have a ways to go to reach my goal and some might say I’m losing too slowly (actually, no one has ever said that to me), either way my goal is not to be the first to the finish line, but to stay in the race for a lifetime. I want to learn how to be healthy and lose weight in the process.
I have a blog in which I share what I learn in the hope that I inspire others.
I've been practicing yoga at my gym for a few years and haven't progressed much since I started. I'd like to learn more but there aren't many studio options close by (unless they are hot yoga - which tends to make me sick to my tummy).
