          Can anyone suggest me a quick morning yoga exercise (15mins), to stretch and to energize a bit. Thank you.

          • My favorite is Sea Side Yoga Flow with Michelle. It's 25 mins... If you need something shorter you could just do a bunch of sun salutations to get your blood flowing. :) Sea Side Yoga is basically that with some warm up and cool down poses. Let me know what you think...
