I've recently become vegetarian/nutritarian following Dr. Joel Fuhrman's Eat to Live, inspired by Forks Over Knives and The China Study.

I currently exercise 5-6 days a week and I think adding yoga will really round out my fitness as well as give me time to stretch, breathe and appreciate my body.

Day 1 of incorporating yoga into my new whole body/mind practice. I'm still incredibly sore from my lunges at the gym 2 days ago, so I'm starting with a quick 10 minute yoga session then off to the gym for my regular cardio. We'll see if I'm feeling up to a longer session this evening. I need to get a soft mat! The floors in my apartment are incredibly hard!

OK, so I tried the Kundalini Yoga video... not quite ready for that yet! I got 25 minutes in and realized I'm in over my head! I need to try 20-30 minute video next time...
