I have another question that has haunted me my entire life! I have the SLOWEST metabolism EVER! I generally eat quite healthy and raw compared to most people I know but always carry around a little bit of extra weight. I try to always have a healthy shake in the mornings to boost it into action but it doesn't seem to be enough. Does anyone have any other suggestions to help me? THANK YOU!

Hello! So far I am loving this yoga challenge! It really does wonders for my mind, body and soul. However, my biggest struggle is working in a restaurant and I often make poor meal choices out of being starving (light headed, weak, tired, irritable) or sick of the healthy options. Do you have any advice for how I can stay away from the fatty foods when I am constantly surrounded by them?
