So my first wellness diary post... exciting! This week is detox week. I guess detox to me means drinking much more water/green tea, trying to eat raw as much as possible and getting my workouts in (usually not a problem!). The hardest part is going to be the no Tim Horton's... (insert crying face here!). I got my foot detox patches as well and am going to use those this week. If anyone has any tips/ tricks to make this easier, please let me know! It's not like a lead a too unhealthy lifestyle anyways, but lately the breads/pastas/coffee has been making more of an appearance than they should. Wish me luck!
