I have recently set out on this journey on getting healthy and fit. My favorite exercise is Yoga someday I would like to become a Yoga instructor. But right now I work with the elderly as an LNA. I enjoy being outside hiking the woods around my house. My goal is to be able to hike up a mountain again.(I really miss doing that)

One secret that helps me to stay healthy is
Remaining positive I believe that if you think Positive, Positive things will happen and the same with being Negative. So with that being said there is no room for negativity.....
My wellness goals are
being more disciplined with my journey . I do have a goal that i want to meet before my birthday: I want to be in better shape and lose the extra weight that i have put on

A little more about me
rededicate myself to my yoga and Meditation practice. A part of me had chose to neglect it and let me tell you I would come up with so many excuses. I have done Yoga and meditation in the past to help with my depression ( i feel as though I am losing control) I am not one who enjoys taking medications.
