I've not been on my yoga online now for several weeks and I have missed it so much.
I am glad I made the time to do my practice today that has made me feel great. x Namaste x

Kundalini Yoga is by far the most challenging style of yoga. My arms ached more practicing these kriya's than they do when I'm boxing! Now that is saying something! Must admit though I feel amazing and certainly did tap into the power of my mind is stronger than my muscles! Great start to the day! :) xxx

I feel fantastic after doing the Inner Strength and Confidence Breath Meditation! :) Has anyone else had problems accessing the Get Lean Get Healthy Porgramme today? Even though it was scheduled it wouldn't let me in so I had to create my own practice! Namaste!

I didn't realize this was an extremely advanced class when I started it! WOW! I can only aspire to be just as amazing as Meghan Currie one day I am in awe to her practice she makes the hardest of poses look so elegant and beautiful. I will master the downdog jump to handstand this year... One of my many yoga goals! :) xXx

Started my day with the Get Lean, Get Healthy 30 minute sequence followed by 60 minute Flowing Practice for Weight Loss! All the arm balances in the first sequence were very challenging as I was still half asleep! lol
I really enjoyed the meditation at the end of the second practice today it left me energized and feeling serene.
I ususally enjoy a more relaxed practice in the morning then an energizing practice later on in the day.
I've been offered a contract teaching yoga at GymCube.com twice a week at 6am so I thought I best try something new to inspire a deeper and more energizing morning practice.

I woke up this morning bright and early and felt very fresh and alert. Wanting to do something different that involved energy work, I logged on to my yoga online and found a great kundalini practice. I am loving the energy of 12.12.12 already and the day has only just begun! Namaste xXx

WOW! That Kundalini practice this morning was tough! I enjoyed my elements meditation afterwards though. Feel ready to take on the world now! :-)
