i engerize eeryday by doing 1 hour of yoga 1 hour jogging follwed by an hour of mediatating. in the middle of it all i eat lots fruits and veggies plus drink lots of water to get rehydrated. when im done meediatting i take a nice warm bath relax and unwind. if i feel a little snackish i eat a fruitsalad with homemade healthy mango and banana milkshake. half hour later i go to sleep to let my body relax :D in the morning when i wake up i feel really engerized and get on with my day. espically since i have school aand i would not want to be stresses about it.

I get energized everyday by doing at least 40 min of yoga and meditate for 10 min.

When I work from home I energize by taking a break and doing a few sun salutations on the roof of my building. The view and the breeze is so beautiful, it is impossible for your spirits to not be lifted after that!

At work, if I find myself getting tired I just take the stairs. Nothing like getting your heart pumping to remind you that you are not tired.

Early morning exercise or yoga provides me with an elated sense of energy for the remainder of the day. Breathing, laughing, taking things one at a time. The right food in my belly for sure.

i energize my day by finding some way to sweat and smile at the same time! playing with my kids, vigorous yoga and/or dance/fitness! it's all yoga when i am connected with the heart!....always easier to do on the days that start with VEGA or fresh green juice!

Still drinking coffee....but always try to mediate or do some yoga in the AM. Usually use a video from MYO, but if it is a really good day I get to attend a 7:00 am class at my favorite studio.

these days it seems to be early morning inspiration be it walking, biking, going to the ocean, yoga, meditation, writing, tea, music, taking care of the plants, or just plain good lovin:) celebrating summer is great!

1. a positive thought as i snooze the alarm; 2. a swim or yoga class before work; 3. a yummy fruit smoothie after the workout; and 4. ending the day with a good night's sleep so i'm also energized the following day :)
