Question: What alternate health and healing methods do you use?
According to Ayurveda, the 5,000 year old system of healing from India, your dosha determines your unique attributes, tendencies and personal traits and helps to explain the difference between people—for example, why one person runs 10 miles before dawn (Vata or Pitta), while another can barely get moving without two cups of coffee (Kapha).
• Are you imaginative, on the go, and have an active mind? You may have a dominant Vata dosha.
• Do you consider yourself “right” most of the time and could be considered opinionated, competitive and ambitious? Your Pitta dosha could be the one strongest in you.
• If easy-going, reliable and patient describe you to a T, your Kapha dosha is likely in charge.
Not sure which one fits you? Discover your dosha here and learn more about it here.
RU-VED dosha T-shirts are made for expressing your inner dosha. Crafted for the only Ayurvedic herb company in the U.S. owned and operated by practicing Ayurvedic physicians, who also cultivate the medicinal herbs offered, these comfy cotton Ts are sure to be a conversation-starter.
RU-VED is giving one (1) lucky My Yoga Online member one (1) dosha T-shirt pack with three Ts representing each dosha.

Healing and whole organically grown foods, Meditation, Yoga.
I surround myself with the types of people and thoughts that increase my chances of having positive, interesting and joyful experiences. I read classic and current wellness writings to keep informed and inspired to live a long and healthy life. I accept that my body needs care and love every day and do my best to maintain it well. And I forgive myself when I fail... I find that holding in guilt and holding grudges are the most destructive actions.
