It’s a neat way to learn yoga poses, Sanskirt names, phonetic pronunciations, and the sun salutations. This game/tool facilitates yoga teacher training, self-guided yoga practice, easy access to yoga for travelers and more.

I stay positive by always reminding myself what I "can do", instead of focusing on what I think "I can't". When my mind wanders into a place of negativity, self doubt, or jealousy I simply work on creating new pathways of positive thought, self love and a recognition of all that I am grateful for in this life. I exercise and do yoga to remind myself of what my body and mind are capable of. If I am in a lousy mood I just remember that I am in control of my emotions and how I handle situations, and that there are ALWAYS good things to come in life. :)

I have an understanding with myself that it is impossible to stay positive constantly. Living requires sadness and joy, anxiety and calm, stress and peace, anger and love. We are programmed to respond to our environment which is ever changing. I become positive by remembering the negative moments are brief and neccessary, and by living in and for the moments that bring myself and others joy.

There are so many things I do in life to stay positive! I spend quality time with family and close friends, but I make sure to make time for me everyday. I find I experience the most happiness from the "little" things in life...like watching my 3 year old granddaughter eat cherry tomatoes that she just picked from my organic garden...my heart was singing!!

Get aware of my state, softening what ever it is and feeling my heart, laughing loadly whit life, for what ever it was that took away the focus of happiness is just a ilution and univers wonts me to be happy. so i smile and are happy because IM worth it !!!
