I like to ground myself but only wearing shoes and socks when I have to - in the home or out. If I'm in I rarely wear socks and when I'm out - I usually wear my TOMS, so I can slip them on and off depending on my surroundings. Walking barefoot feeds the soul!

By living out of the strength of my spirit and not out of the limitations of my flesh. through meditation and prayer and breathing and getting out and enjoying the weather. By realizing that I can control an atmosphere. The weather doesn't determine how I feel. Just by living out of the strength and wealth. Silver and gold I don't have too much of but in my spirit I am filthy rich

It's funny how we associate getting grounded with a psycho/spiritual process. Which is undoubtedly an important aspect of staying centered. But the only way to REALLY get grounded is to have your skin touching the earth! (OR WEAR PLUGGZ!) That's when the electrons from the earth flow naturally into your body and literally get you grounded. But for me (living in southwest Florida) jumping into Gulf of Mexico is the ultimate grounding experience!!!

I don't ground myself; I let gravity do it for me.

I think to myself, "does this bring me closer to my spirit, or further away from it?" To ground myself, I always make a choice to bring myself closer to my spirit.

I keep grounded by slowing down, focusing on one task at a time and reducing media inputs.

I feel most grounded when I'm spending time hiking in nature whether it's hiking the trails of the valley near my home or simply spending time in my back yard. I find the fresh air I breathe, the energy I absorb, as well as my observations of the magnificent beauty around me to be very humbling. That to me is the ultimate grounding.
