Cari! Good to hear from you. You can practice any of these videos as much as you like, but I'd stick one one three times per week and then switch to another for a couple of days for variety. Typically, I do this by practicing one strengthening sequence on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. To give my body time to recover, I then alternate with stretchier practices on Tuesday and Saturday.

You have a really awesome, calm and soothing style of teaching. I always walk away feeling really great after your classes. Even though I feel great after your classes, I sometimes find myself wishing that you had a couple of longer 75-90 minutes full body videos in addition to the current videos. Sometimes you just need those longer sessions to fully zone out. Your shavasanas are the best. I always find myself wishing other teachers' videos had your shavasanas too.
I introduced your videos to my sister who has had back problems all her life and she can't stop talking about how good her back feels after doing your classes.
So, thanks man! You are really making a difference!

Hello! How many times a week should I do this video? I have been doing some other yoga videos around 2 time a week, but I want to commit to this one and see how it goes. Your teaching technique is great! I love your videos!

Hi Bway! I'm glad that you've been enjoying the videos! Have you tried any of the standing pose videos yet? The flowing practice for weight loss focuses more on getting heart rate up and the postures are simpler than those offered in the floor based practices.

David, I love your style of teaching - your metaphors, sense of humor, and wonderful descriptions! I only wish you had some slightly easier classes. Even with modifications, the hip and hamstring opener seemed slightly out of reach (and I watched you do the lifted lotus pose twist thing and laughed out loud). I will be trying your other videos; maybe (with modifications) I'll love them just as much. Namaste.

This comes late, but I spent most of February practicing with David's 3 wk PranaVayu program. I had been feeling both in a physical and spiritual plateau and it really helped me bring more openness to my yoga. A sign of its effectiveness was how deeply I was able to get into Savansana- what a deep integration it gave me! Really enjoyed it as the benefits carried into my March practice! Namaste David!

David, I'm really noticing changes through doing your practices regularly. My knees touched the mat in Badhakonasana for the first time today while doing the Yoga for Hip and hamstring flexibility. Yay! I really love your style of teaching too. Thank you so much and keep 'em coming!! (Don't know if you take requests but I'd love to see an upper body strengthening video :) Namaste.
