Postnatal Yoga For Busy New Moms

We've made this class a shorter length to fit into your busy mommy life: in between your child's naps, while your babe is rolling around beside you, or perhaps during your "me" time, etc. In this flow you will gently begin to revitalize your body after pregnancy and childbirth, with particular attention paid to gaining strength and tone back in your abdominal muscles. The short back lying abdominal exercise series can also be done on it's own. Ariel spends some time working your arm muscles as well, which will aid you in carrying around your small infant. End with a blissful guided relaxation to put you in a peaceful frame of mind as you continue your busy life as a mother! This class is also suitable for beginner yogis, and those wishing to regain core strength in a very gentle way.
