Pre-Natal Yoga - Relaxing Flow

This shorter length Pre-Natal Yoga class is a perfect break at any time during your day, to allow your self to become more peaceful, at ease and connected with the growing life inside you. It includes some gentle neck release postures, plenty of asanas to encourage open hips and pelvis all while flowing peacefully with a emphasis on the breath. Some attention is given to postures that encourage baby's optimum birthing position, which has been shown to contribute to a shorter and less painful labor. It ends with a simple balance, and a beautiful baby bonding, guided relaxation.

Cycling Energy (level 3-4)

Three Foundations (Level 2)

This workshop practice session is a hatha based, with a mindful inquiry on stability, alignment and movement efficiency. We can call it "Ki Yoga".
It starts with opening feet, following with stabilizing the pelvis and shoulders through the core work and finally expanding the heart center. This practice session introduces the principle of tensegrity, aligning and engaging the fascia line -continuums which brings maximal efficiency in movement (sequencing from the centre into periphery).
Although it has beginners modifications, this session is suitable for practitioners searching deep strength, stability and ease (stira and sukha principle). It is a great transition from a quiet hatha into an advanced flow. Applying these principles in every day practice, enables one to hold postures longer - feeling integrated, strong and quiet at the same time.
