Interesting debate here. I think this is a clever offering from MYO. In some ways, they even undersold the benefit. It looks like these videos aren't merely about better sex, but about keeping sexuality (with and without partners) spiritually grounded and sacred. Certainly a nice alternative to other sources of sexuality on the Internet.

I hope this will still be available beyond V-Day, please!?! I live long-distance from hubby (only 3 more months though!) and I don't have fast enough internet to stream MYO until then... still purchasing and downloading vids of my fave teachers on MYO and LOVING the tropical practices. Thank you always :)

@Donna: Not all videos or information found here is for everyone. If something offends you don't watch it. Some people may really need some good information on the subject of sex just as someone might benefit from nutritional info or how to relieve back pain. We all get different things from different subjects available to us on MYO. I for one am grateful for this site as I have learned something from everything I have watched or read. OK. nuff said. Namaste :)

I also applaud MYO for this series. Though I don’t agree with Donna’s full statement, I can say that I feel there is far too much depiction of “unhealthy” sex out there. Too often it is depicted as shallow and selfish. This series has been all about how sex can help us be happier, healthier, more loving, and more in tune with ourselves and our lovers. It’s wonderful to see a community take collective interest in sex and bring it to a place that it can be discussed freely and with maturity. Cheers MYO! This has been a wonderful ride! Keep it up!

Not very open minded. cancelling your membership because you do not agree with Yoga for better sex is a bit childish. This website is not just for you. Some people could really benifit from it and believe me could bring them some joy. I think you need to practice a few heart opener poses!

Big applause to My Yoga On Line, I love this series. The timing is divine. I'm recovering from an abdominal hysterectomy (4 weeks ago). Its difficult to find the words to express my gratitude. Healing is occuring for me on all levels. Namaste.

I think this is just fantastic!
The images and messages we are generally bombarded with about sex and sexuality are so far from reality. It is such a relief to see some effort to get the message out there that sex is an important part of our health and vitality. As important as food, water and sleep.
Thank you MYO for shining a light on this important topic so that we can go beyond the misinformation and mixed up images and get to the heart, the truth of this very important subject. It is up to every individual to discover this for themselves and the world around us is not much help. With the right information we are free to make our own choices.
Thank you MYO for this well informed guidance and introduction.

@Donna Ha that's funny Donna "There is enough of sex out there" out where, you mean as opposed to in here and where is out there exactly and how do we keep it from being in here lol. Maybe we are out there and in here at the same time.
Made my day though. So funny
In a world where so many women are still raised like puritans it is good to see more people trying to teach sacred sexuality. Wanting one's body to be fluid and limber after a tumor removal and full hysterectomy (which drains us both mentally and physically all the way down to our bone marrow) is very healing for us. I say well done!

Which video are you talking about, and who is not looking at the camera?
Yes..some rebuttal and noses turned up over the subject is definitely understandable. If this site site isn't for you that's OK. But the bottom line is that sexuality has, in many circles, become complicated, convoluted, and wrapped up in taboo; and a hurtful, rather than loving practice. One filled way too often with shame and attack. Why not address this from a higher place? It is, after all, a powerful force in life, and at essence, the reason for our very existence. Most of us do it without looking from a deeper place and the fact is, it can be a very healing thing.
Sex is part of life, no?
Yoga for better sex!!! Very poor taste..
There is enough of sex out there we hold better ideas then that & I do not want to see it here or I will think about cancelling my membership.

Not having the courtesy to look at the camera or the person he is talking to? Why is this video even here? It is not worth watching.
