@mrenkow Thanks for taking the time to comment! And making the effort to keep trying. It is a faster paced sequence, which can be more challenging to follow as well if you find the poses too advanced.. I'm always working on my cuing. As your practice and self awareness develops you might come back to the practice and find things become more accessible. You can always take less intense variations on a pose until you build a steady foundation and ease. You are your own teacher so it's great that you are listening to yourself! Namaste, Cielo

I really like Cielo English, however i found parts of this practice hard to follow....ending up on the same side twice and having to look at my screen more than usual. was OK.
