This class was challenging since you spent more than half of the hour in some variation of down dog. I had to look at the screen a few times to make sure I was following along, which I wasn't. Also, in pyramid pose she mixes up the left and right side.

Enjoyed the slower pace of this class and the calming instruction. Thank you.

I thoroughly enjoyed this video! The calming tone of Sara’s voice, the beautiful surroundings and her playful attitude made for a calming and fun total body workout. I was ready to face my day with a peaceful, energized feeling. I am looking forward to trying the other segments (High Noon and Sunset).

I'm frustrated that I spent my morning trying to keep myself from blowing up from impatience. This video was awful.

Great video for newbies like me, that need to also trust my yoga-body-intuition. Love the meditative background and Sarahs calming voice and good guidance to the poses. Thank you, Sarah, I have finally understood yoga. Namaste

A few issues with this class: the instructions come wayyyy too slow. The teacher begins an instruction, but speaks so slowly that you're waiting for the next instruction. This can be disorienting, and in balancing poses, destabilizing. The teacher speaks too slow and breathlessly for my taste. I also am not a fan of the very early up dog she put in. Not very clear or detailed instructions either. I normally only listen to practices here, there's no need to look if the teacher's cues are good. A few times I had to look at the screen to make sure I was moving correctly. Not a terrible class, but not my taste. If you are a Type A person looking for a trigger to bring up your impatience so you can practice around it, this is your class.

Great morning video. Loved the ocean sunrise even though it was hard to see the poses in the dim light. I chose my own adjustments as needed since the instructor didn't begin suggesting them until later in the practice. The balancing poses were especially lovely. Thank you!
