Came back to this practice, it was so great ! Just one editing comment though : the sound is not loud enough, everything was turned full blast on my computer, but it barely covered the sounds of the busy street.

warm thanks @ilariam ... yes, I connect more readily as well to slower practices - in actuality, the slower you move, the more 'conditioning' you ultimately receive so I was wonder why those desiring a yoga 'workout' rush through vinyasa - I figure it can be far more optimal to take vinyasa (and any other form of yoga) with a rich, slow 8 count breathing cycle in order to unite the strength and grounding aspects ... namaste Kreg

I have been a fan of ashtanga yoga and generically fast-paced flows for a few years now (although my practice has never been that regular due to constant travelling). Since I have discovered MYO and your classes, I cannot stand faster paces anymore, as I feel they miss the grounding and the mental space that Hatha flow gives me. I am completely re-setting my goals in terms of what I am looking for from my (now regular) yoga practice, as I adapt in a new job and new location. Thank you for the inspiration and the beautiful classes
