Combining Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda, Melina Meza guides you through these grounding & stabilizing sequences for Vata Dosha imbalances prepares your body and mind for Fall (Vata Season) or whenever you need a little grounding!
Plese Note! In this class we practice headstand. This pose should only be done by advanced practitioners, and only when it is definitely right for you. If you do not practice headstand, substitue with another pose of your choice, or take a rest.

I enjoyed this practice very much. Some of the things you say during the class really resonate deeply. For example, closing by saying, "May others benefit from your practice." I'm not sure I ever thought of it quite that way before, yet it's so true. Thank you, and namaste.

I enjoyed this slow, grounding practice. The head stand was far too advanced for me, but I was able to do everything else.

Perfect! I love that you've created a longer fall session, and look forward to following this practice often in the coming weeks. Extremely thoughtful and grounding. Thank you.

I love your classes and want a Vinyasa today. It's summer now, so can you make a summer vinyasa? I don't think it matters if I do the Fall practice in Summer, so here goes!

Thank you so much Melina. I love to do your practises. Looking forward to a winter practise, which may be a bit longer and with a longer Savasana in the end for even deeper relaxation.

Excellent practice, though I think the beginning is a bit deceptive, as it gets harder as you go along.Any Yogic education is good in my book.A 90 minute practice where we could hold some standing postures, like Trikonasana, Warrier II, etc., and add a bit more seated poses, would be most welcome.Namaste.Nicole

I enjoyed this video very much, I even did a headstand, which was invigorating! I would say that there was some inaccuracies with the timing of some of the poses, such as when counting while sitting, feet outstretched and you count to five as you lower your back toward the floor and then count to five as you raise back up, she then has you do it to a count of six, then onto a count of seven, but there is no way I found I could do this in the time the video allowed, and this happened here and there in the video, but I still give it a 9 out of 10!! :) Thank you!

Really enjoyed the flow of this practice. You weren't kidding when you said there was a headstand - that's quite the headstand sequence!

Wonderful, grounding flow, much needed as a teacher begins the hectic school year. Directions were clear, even, and easy to follow. I feel opened and peaceful, ready for the day ahead. Could there be a longer Melina sequence? You offer something unique to your practices.
