Hi Scott,
I'm not sure which one you're talking about. Is it Astavakrasana?

Thanks Amy!
I'm not sure about the name of the album. MYO always adds music in the post-production process. Have you tried Shazam?

Awesome! I'm glad to hear that you've been resonating with the meditative practices. Isn't it cool to do some yoga for the mind as well?
Have a happy practice!

With this practice I've just finished my first week of David's 3 week series... what a lovely journey so far! Looking forward to the next few weeks and continuing to feel more open and connected. Adding the breathing and meditative techniques to my regular asana practice has been the highlight! Thank you and Salama (peace!) David

I have been practicing yoga for 6 years and have been a member of MYO for 3, and this practice is hands down one of the most gentle, powerful and cleansing I have ever done. David, you are an incredible yogi and I look forward to all of your classes! Thank you!

day two on my 3 week challenge! Love this series of programs, very calming but still challenging. I was really feeling the bendy back session on my back and sides today.. curious to see what sensations today's practice will leave with me.

Congrats on completing the challenge! Now, the most important part is what comes next. Go out there and spread some of that love and peace you experienced with one random act of kindness per day. Practice this as much as you can without any expectation of return and I think that you'll see all of the positive effects of your practices becoming even more established within you.
Here's to doing out part to make the world a happier place!

So today is my last practice in this three week accelerated program. In my practice, I have always found that quieting my mind and body during the final mediation, or corpse pose, to be a challenge. Today, I felt like I was floating. I felt so much love and peace. In a way, it was very intense. ~~peace to all~~
