This is a great class and it exposed me to some new asanas (love that "made up" stretchy-reachy-hip-opener.!) with very good instruction. What a better way to end by wishing for peace and healing to all beings! Thank you and salama (peace)!

great class. challenging and gentle at the same time. lots of prana and reminders of, that helped me get into lotus when i never thought i could. still have a long way to go, but this class will help. thank you!

Okay, so this is my week three session. When I began, I could not do Twisty Crow Pose, and today I did it with ease. My stretches are deeper, and the pain I experience in my hip from a former running injury has been significantly reduced. What an awesome three weeks. Thanks David.
