Too fast and definitely NOT for EVERY BODY! Folks with shoulder joint, knee joint, or heart condition, beware. Options and variations with blocks should be shown/suggested for some. Good sequence for folks familiar with yoga.

loved it. i try to follow my spinning workouts with yoga, and this workout helped stretch my hips but was still energizing. not a practice i would do if i were trying to relax because this one is very energizing.

I agree that I wish the instructor had more classes on here and longer ones. 25 minutes is a great warm up for my day when I don't have time for a full workout. But I'd like the option of doing a whole class with her.
