Hi Hemalayaa..I have a question for you...I have limited mobility in my right arm (extending and bending very limited due to a bad elbow fracture) - can you recommend a modification to the full downward dog...I find it tricky to do. Thanks, Audrey

I really enjoyed this yoga class.. what a great teacher and the class is well paced and easy to follow.....I had a headache all day and it wouldn't go away....well it's gone now....

Having done a lot more of the My Yoga videos now, I've realised there are more satisfying yoga sessions than this one. There isn't a great deal of variety in it and the instructions aren't the clearest - don't want to be constantly looking at the screen to see what I am supposed to be doing.

I really like Hemalayaa! I love the fact that she makes a point for everyone to "shake-it-off" and let our "inner smiles perk out". I always feel amazing after her practice.

Good, quick paced class.... need two blankets and she does mix up the right and left side a couple of times, but overall a solid class.

Good practice, great seated warmup, then mostly forward folds and lunge variations. Nice supine relaxation at the end. Yum.
