The best yoga video from this site so far! All classes contain beautiful sequencing, but Michelle works magic with bringing silence and rest into her vinyasa class, including that yummy long savasana.
I heard funny comment from a sports buff yesterday, on why she didn't do yoga. ""Oh, I would do yoga if I could win!"
Well - you can. Michelle's a winner ;)

This is my new favorite class. I love the long Savasana at the end of the class -- I felt peaceful and alive.

This is a very restorative practice. The postures and sequence feels so natural and helped release tension. This is great - thank you.

I just finished this practice and I loved it! Something about the entire practice just worked, cleared my head and relaxed my body, including some of the anxiety tightening my chest. I feel strong and calm.
