Kreg, This is simply perfect for my five-minute breaks. Great to continue working after being re-energized, with a more flexible spine. :)

This feels wonderful first thing in the morning and is short enough to do repeatedly for extended effect.

I love this, want a longer one! But yes it's a good idea to do it over and over too. Love it.

I really enjoy this sequence, because of physical issues I can not do much. This is my 3rd or 4th time I've done this. Not only do the moves feel good, it is a easy way to practice breathing. I enjoy the other videos but, I am not quick at picking up on them.I seem to have a hard time keeping up and breathing correctly.
I di a few times today and got great results. Thank You

Although my spine was awakened, the rest of me remained pretty sleepy until my second cup of coffee. Maybe six times through still was not enough.

A simple flow that could be done over and over more energetically each time to increasingly warm the spine and body.
